This building is a pre-engineered metal building with metal wall panels and EIFS wall covering. The car wash bays are load bearing masonry walls inside the metal building with pre-cast concrete plank ceiling. The Parts and Service department inside the dealership has a 3,000 s.f. storage mezzanine that is steel framed with steel bar joists, metal deck and concrete topping.

This building is a single story
slab on grade wood structure with wood truss roof framing. There is a
large entry canopy of wood and steel construction.

The project is a combination
of a single story, site cast tilt-up concrete panel office building and a
pre-engineered metal building with mechanical equipment mezzanine. The
roof over the tilt-up concrete panel building portion is steel framed with
single ply roof membrane. The administrative central spaces incorporate clerestory natural lighting. The perimeter of offices, lobby, and meeting rooms, are all designed with natural lighting as well. Scope: Architecture,
